Welcome to Soroa. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soroa mobile application (“Soroa”, “App”, or “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Soroa is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the App, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into this agreement
• Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations
We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 years old to use the Service.
Soroa is an image editing tool that allows users to:
• Upload photos or image files
• Add custom text watermarks to images
• Adjust watermark placement and appearance
• Save and export edited image results
The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.
You retain ownership of all images, text, and other materials uploaded or created through the App (“User Content”).
By using Soroa, you grant us a limited, temporary, and non-exclusive right to:
• Process uploaded images for watermark generation
• Apply editing functions requested by users
• Display and export edited image results
• Maintain and improve core App functionality
We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to:
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing materials
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the Service
• Introduce malicious software, automated scripts, or harmful code into the App
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
Soroa provides tools for adding custom text overlays and watermark elements to images.
You acknowledge that:
• Watermark appearance may vary depending on image format, resolution, or device compatibility
• You are responsible for reviewing exported images before distribution or publication
• The App does not guarantee protection against unauthorized copying or misuse of watermarked content
The watermark feature is provided as a creative and organizational tool only.
All rights related to the App, including software, branding, interfaces, visual elements, and technical systems, remain the property of Soroa or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
Soroa may rely on third-party providers for:
• Infrastructure and cloud services
• Analytics and crash reporting
• Performance monitoring and diagnostics
We are not responsible for the independent practices or policies of third-party services.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous or uninterrupted operation of the Service
• Error-free image processing or export results
• Permanent storage of uploaded or edited content
• Compatibility with all devices or file formats
Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soroa shall not be liable for:
• Loss of uploaded or exported image files
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to user content
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be reflected within the App together with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Soroa after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
